Guest Guidelines

Our most important guest guideline is a version of the Golden Rule:

Please treat the property as if you were the owner, so we can continue to share it with others. Thanks!

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Maximum # guests: 4 adults. Contact us re: additional children.

• Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

• Sorry, no pets (but boarding is often available in Copper Harbor).

• No fireworks / firecrackers.

• No smoking.

• No parties, events or guests other than those party to the rental agreement, unless owner agrees in writing. 

• This is a silent sports property (though we make exceptions in winter for snowmobile access). i.e. - no ATV's, jet skis, etc.

• In winter, we need to have a conversation before renting - for your safety and comfort.

Cancellation Policy:

• 95% refund  (minus any 3rd party service fees) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

• 50% refund (minus any 3rd party service fees) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
